I randomly woke up one day with unbearable tailbone pain that continued to get worse as time passed. It got as bad jay I could barely do daily activities like getting out of bed, walking or running around with my dog. After months of exploring other options with no improvement (getting an MRI/going to chiropractor), my doctor referred me to Advantage Physical Therapy and I'm so thankful se did. The results are night and day... I went from basically feeling crippled to now being able to do everything again pain-free! Although we never figured why the pain started (although the assumption was having a desk job with limited mobility for a long period of time), my quality of life has improved dramatically. Physical therapy has equipped me with the tools to keep up my exercises at home. So if the pain ever comes back, I feel confident that I know how to get back to normal. I had trouble walking my dog, using stairs, kneeling and I can do all of that now Miles has been a great physical therapist, very knowledgeable and patient. I can’t recommend Advantage Physical therapy highly enough. The staff is great. This is my second post surgery treatment and I’ll be back if anything else wears out.
