Century Credit & Collections

I am surprised to see these negative and very childish comments from these consumers. I worked for this agency for several years and everyone there was extremely nice. We always listened to debtors complaints and the only ones that ever had a hard time were the ones that would get irate because they wouldn't hear what they wanted to hear. I wished I still lived in California so I could be working with them. These reviews are beyond ridiculous and not fair to CCC or their employees. I know they've been in business for more than 30 years and the fact that there are only a few complaints should tell the public everything they need to know about the unhappy comments made by people that were sent to collections for not paying their bills in the first place.
