DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!! He is utterly unreliable and after delaying an urgent appointment for over a week then than informed me that he is not familiar with my dishwasher and to call someone else. Do not waste your time, effort, money, or anything on such an unreliable contractor.

Rude, unprofessional. Left invoice for repair and business card with tenant. He never called me as I requested to tell me what the problem was and when I told him to mail me the invoice he hung up! Never use him again. Very abrupt, hostile attitude.
