Looking to find a necklace for my wife, I checked several other jewelers in the mall but none had what I was looking for. I then walked over to Kevin and found a young lady standing and obviously waiting to assist a customer. I confirmed she was there to help me and Stephanie (her name as I found out) immediately asked how she could be of assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several items, which although very nice, were not what I wanted. I then saw an item which was what I wanted. Stephanie showed me a matching bracelet, the price was right for the two and I had what I wanted. At the register, I asked if the bracelet could be sized to my wife's wrist if necessary, the answer was yes, we added that to the deal and by the time the transaction was rung up, another Kevin associate, Aunika, (Stephanie turned out to be the office manager) had boxed and gift wrapped both items individually. All in all, a perfect experience, Kevin had exactly what I was looking for, which the other jewelers didn't, the price was right, the service was exemplary, there was never a hint of "salesmanship" (saleswomanship?) just courteous, knowledgeable and professional old school assistance. Will I be back?, you bet!
