I love how every Monday my husband comes home from Miss Gloria's class he tells me how we can better parent our child which is 3 years old I haven't met her personally but when my husband describes her you can tell she is a person who cares about other people and wants to help you. Me and my husband love the advise she gives him and i truly want to thank her from my husband and i.

I highly recommend this place . Gloria is completely honest in the work she does. The child is perfectly comfortable when she greets him in the parking lot . She has activities for them to entertain themselves. Gloria is always there and does not leave them unattended during the visit. I will continue to use tri county as supervised visits.

Gloria does not know what she is doing & is endangering the welfare of children & people's lives. Son's mom is mentally ill & hurt him mentally + physically. Son was terrified of his mom as a result. Court gave me sole custody w/supervised exchanges for mom to document if son had a problem going w/his mom. In the past, my son's mom tried to force him against his will. He's been traumatized. Tri-Cnty's job was to document what happened in the exchanges accurately. Son's mom has been manipulative of everyone. Gloria of Tri-Cnty accepted payment from my Ex for my portion of the intake fees even after telling me we would be paying the day of the exchange. I asked if that was something they'd normally do, since their job to remain neutral & unbiased. Gloria said "We'll take money from anybody, we don't care". Gloria wasn't present for the 1st exchange & had two young men there. They tried to make the exchange in the parking lot. Son was very uncomfortable with going with his mom, he couldn't see her, & having 2 strange men asking him to go with them. Son refused their offers. I tried to help him go, but he would not go. Employees were nice, but it was obvious they hadn't been trained properly. They ASKED my son if he wanted to go. He didn't want to go. They called Gloria several times, asking what to do. Son went but was very upset later that he had been "tricked". 2nd exchange, Gloria was present. Same parking lot exchange. Son again refused. Gloria told me, I had to tell him he HAD TO go. I politely disagreed & reminded her that the court order stated that my son would never be forced to go against his will. She argued with me & told me I couldn't give him a choice, that she would report it. She threatened me, then terminated the services saying she "wasn't going to do this" & threatened what she'd write in report, that I gave my son a choice by saying "want to go with mom now?". Funny thing, her own employees did the same thing at the previous exchange. Good thing I video recorded both exchanges ! Read the other bad reviews about them (Not the fake ones)

That Tri County Supervised Visiting was actually chosen by the Ventura county family law courts, for me and my child to visit. I must say that I can see why Gloria has earned her reputation as being extremely professional and very fair with both parents. Gloria is great at being able to tell what's going on in the family and with each individual parent. So if you truly are wanting to prove to the courts that you are a good parent and you do love your children Gloria will see this and she will document this in her paperwork for the court's to see what is really going on. I would recommend Tri County supervised visit's as the number 1 place to visit your child if this is what is being asked of you by the court's. I do want to add that the people who wrote a negative review about Gloria and her buisness were not being honest and I can almost bet that is because they were not doing the right thing in their own life and they know that Gloria know's this and so they say this to protect themselves. I know this because I had a friend who said the same thing about gloria and I know that this person was not sober and not being honest with themselves. I found out for myself and Gloria is wonderful and she really cares about her clients who care about themselves and doing the right thing in order to be able to have their children back in their lives. So please don't believe what you hear, find out for yourself as I did and than you will know that Tri-County Supervised Visiting is the warm environment that you would want to visit your child in if you are in this type of a situation. There was a very difficult time in my life whereby I was required by VENTURA FAMILY COURT to PAY TO SEE MY OWN CHILDREN and the reason this happened was because my exhusband LIED to the court. Give them a reason to take your kids away from you and they will. They just need an angry, bitter ex-spouse to make up a reason. Then they get to make you pay (one year in my case) to defend yourself against false accusations. Lawyers get fat, so does the court. Tri county supervised visitation services is run by Gloria Gonzales. Gloria is an angel from heaven who has a heart of gold. Her compassion and understanding are limitless. Her eyes convey empathy, and her smile will get you through another supervised visit. Any act between parties meant intentionally to undermine the other personally, will not be tolerated. She is fair, patient, and just. She helped me emotionally by just being herself. In court she was professional, supportive, and had documentation to prove her statements. Don't buy the lies posted by the misfits who don't follow her rules. Some parents think they are owed to have her support their side when that is not her job. She is factual. Yes, it's a business. She is dedicated and flexible. Yes she charges money. It's required! I love Gloria. She got me through the worst time in my life. If you have to be in that situation, you want to have her smile when you walk through that door.

Dont ever so your services through this place. She is super quick to get your money and LIES like you wouldn't believe. She sits in another room watching TV and talking on the phone while swhe should be watching your child. How is this place still open. She is promised me that she would write me a letter so I'd get more time with my child and when court date came up she lied and I took all my court ordered classes with this place. She is a LIAR and DONT EVER TRUST HER!!!!!!!
