Went in to store ask for a specific downstem i gave the guy the lenght an bowl siZe when i got home it didnt fit went in the next day to see if i can return it an get the correct size when i got their he was very rude asked me what i wanted i told him dat his coworker had sold me the wrong downstem an i wanted the correct one he pointed me to the wall an said no return no exchange i told him dat it wasnt my fault his coworker sold me the wrong downstem he said its not my problem i asked to speak to manager an he beggin to mummble . I left empty handed 30 dollars down the drain for the coworkers mistake the owner should only hire people dat really knoe bout glass never comin back worst customer service the guy was a big tall white dude with shaved head bad person no customer service at all!!!!!

I asked if they priced matched from the web and was told “YES! Bring in the ad no problem” (B.T.W. the difference was $20.00) when I arrive the employee takes my ads and looks them over really good and then says “no sorry, the owner said no” WHAT!? First, why are you wasting my time by looking over the ads? Second, why didn’t you just call the boss before opening your mouth and inserting your foot? Thirdly, Hey owner! Get a clue, shopping on the net is the norm! You just blew off a local who is now going to drop kick your business name every chance he gets! Hello!

This store is filled with employees that are rude and don't care about there so called customer relations. Now this is the second time theysold inferior glass. They stock there shelfs with cracked glass.now the person making the purchase doesn't have the best of eye sight, and it seems that when he goes in there without anyone slashed walks outs there with a cracked piece. Now they wont return any broken pieces even completely unused and literally 10 mins after The purchase. As I have been a loyal customer for 6 years me an my family and all my friends have decided that this increase in Shorty merchandise. And the decline in customer service has us done purchasing from this store and there rude attitudes. On top of it all they say well if u bought the broken piece that's on you. Why they feel it is ok to sell broken pieces is ok in any way is beyond me. So if u feel like being treated like. You don't mean anything and being sold broken goods sothey can make an extra Buck then this is the place for you
