        Overall

        I recently went to see Dr. Wong for the first time. I found the waiting room freezing---literally. I was so cold that I had to put my winter coat back on while I waited. And then the doctor was possibly the most emotionally deadened personality that I have met in a very long time. I was there to discuss thinning hair, but she was so insensitive to the situation, and so "rushed," that I wanted to run out and never return. (I will never return). I went here for the convenience to home, but I will drive any number of miles to get away from this "coldness."
