Not an honest brake. I paid to have a brake inspection because my brake pedal seemed soft and it was taking too long to stop the vehicle. I was quoted a $900 repair to replace front pads (which they said were completely worn down), front rotors ( which they said could not be resurfaced), rear shoes ( which they said were completely worn), and reat drums (
which they said were too large to fit on their machine to resurface). I was not sure, so I took the vehicle for a second opinion to my regular mechanic. He said the front pads were fine (70% thickness), front rotors were fine, rear shoes and drums were fine, but the rear shoes just needed to be adjusted so that they contacted the rear drums sooner. Cost me $100 and brakes work so well now. So, don"t trust the Victorville Brakemaster shop!!

Desk personnel were polite and helpful.
Mechanic was polite and allowed me to look at parts on vehicle.

receipt listed mileage as 10,000 under actual miles which would affect warranty work.
Check your receipt for actual mileage.

Was told rear drums were worn, too large and needed replaced at $90 each or $180. I micked new and old drums and difference was 0.04. I could of had them turned for $20 , so bought new Drums at O'Reilly auto parts for $26 or both drums for $52

Adj was so tight drum was hard to rotate this would affect mpg and causing heat buildup. Drums were to hot to touch.
I backed off 10 clicks on adjustment to allow drums to rotate with just a little drag.and give me better gas mileage

To do this work myself I had to remove tires.

The lug nuts were set at well over 100lbs
To loosen.I had to use an 18 in. breaker bar and jump with both feet with my 212lbs twice to loosen lug nuts. Lug nut torque is 76 lbs.

A flat on the road would have been impossible to change with the vehicle tools provided with the car.

I would advise finding a mechanic from referrals and stick with them
