Beach Lawn and Garden

They replaced a part on my husky that I knew was good as I had purchased and install the part myself. They just ripped me off.

I had my Husqavarna lawn tractor repaired at Beach Lawn and Garden. The primary reason for taking it there was to fix the electric starter. While the tractor was there, I decided to have them tune-up the tractor.Beach Lawn and Garden repaired the electric start. After they delivered the tractor, we cut the lawn. The tractor died about an hour into the cutting. I contacted Beach Lawn and Garden to complain about this. They blamed the motor stopping on vapor-lock in the gas tank and wanted to sell me a new gas cap.After close examination of the fuel filter and research and discussions with another repair shop, I determined they used the wrong fuel filter. When I spoke with them about this, they admitted they only use one type of fuel filter on all tractors. My research showed filters are based on engine horsepower. I have a 8 HP engine and the filter they used is for 13-20. Although they said they would replace the filter, I haven't seen it yet. They never said sorry.
