        DO NOT BUY A MOBILE PHONE FROM BEST BUY!!! Bought a Galaxy S5 and service plan. Realized the connection wasn't working so I called Sprint. They couldn't help me so I took it to the Sprint store. They couldn't help me and told me to go to Best Buy where I bought it. BEST BUY REFUSES TO TAKE IT BACK AND MONT REPLACE WITH A NEW PHONE! EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT! They want to swap it for a refurbished- cause that is what I paid $500 for....... Don't buy your phones or their services, you will regret it like me.
