I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We try hard to keep our equipment in good working order. Our policy is for the attendants to do their best to rectify problems as they arise at each location. If a customer loses money, we ask the employees to attempt to start the machines for them. If a customer asks for a cash refund, we ask the attendants to direct the customers to our office phone number. We issue refunds out of the main office within 24-48 hours.
