Is there any way you can file a complaint with the big cigar owners who own HALL Auto?

Would like to give some feedback to them.

They estimated the repair time on my car to be 9-14 days. I just received an email telling me that they *estimate* it will be done 9 days after what they initially told me was the long end of the estimate. I should add that this email had absolutely no details about why they were adding nine days to the initial estimate. And when I called to follow up they refused to make any commitment that they will actually have the car done even then. It's already ridiculous that fixing a dent in a door and a rocker panel should take nearly a month, but for them to double their initial estimate and refuse to make any commitments about when the car will actually be done is beyond ridiculous.

We had our vehicle repaired and the experience was great. From the service to the work, we were very impressed and would recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs.

Buyer BEWARE! They took my car for 8 weeks (supposed to be 2.5 weeks) and it's not done! They threatened to arrest me if I didn't pay them for everything(even the parts they didn't install), they took my money won't refund it. They agreed to refund some of it but won't honor their word. The total bill over $13,000! They turned around and submitted a claim to my insurance company for damage they did to the vehicle and were paid over $3,000 for these parts that were not part of the ins claim!) BEWARE(btw, I tried to give them a ZERO STAR rating but this page won't let me! 1 is the lowest!)
