When I went to Hall Jeep in Virginia Beach, I had a vehicle in mind, Josh Harbants was my salesman. I road tested a Grand Cherokee which was very nice but I wanted something a bit smaller. Josh had picked a Jeep Trailhawk for me to test drive. He explained how all the electronics worked. I decided to purchase the Trailhawk. Josh and his Co workers prepared the car to take home that night. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Josh made my purchase happen. Purchased a 2019 Wranger Sport. This is my 2nd purchase went better than the first purchase. I would buy another vehicle from Hall in the future. The camera got installed and the tow assembly is on went to connect the wiring from the motorhome to the JEEP nothing . Need to bring it in for service . Well lets see in and out wiring Harness needs looked at it doesn’t work. Hope they can fix the problem 210 miles since 6-19-2019 back to Halls in the A.M.
