J & M Pressure Washing

Excellent work, came home pleasantly suprised how clean and nice my house and surrounding brick and walkway looked. I would highly recommend J&M!!!!

After getting a price quote from this company and one other, they were the cheapest so I elected to use their service. While the cheapest, I certainly regret ever dealing with this company.



While they were able to get most of the house clean, they managed to blast off the coating on the frosted glass on the sides of our front door. We immediately pointed this out to the worker at the house and there began our process of dealing with the extremely rude and unprofessional owner -- James Martin. After several phone calls by his worker, he finally called back to talk with my father-in-law who was at the house. His tone was immediately defensive and argumentative and ended with him handing up on my father-in-law. Despite this, he called me directly to try and work things out. He claimed this had never occurred before and he didn't think his process would cause this damage. However, he offered to make it right by paying for the repairs to the window ($300) on 1/23/2014 -- the email was short and I quote "David I received the quote, thank you and the check will be put in mail on the first of the month, thank you."



When no check was received in the middle of February, I called again to check on the status. Upon finally getting a call back, James proceeded again to lecture me on how the frosting what installed incorrectly. He claimed to have talked to many "glass professionals" and they informed him the coating (spray on) should be on the inside, not the outside. I informed him that I had had the house pressure washed in the past without a problem and that regardless, it was his work that caused the problem. He proceeded to lecture me on how it was installed incorrectly, but advised he would still send the check. I appeased him by listening to his rant, but didn't offer much discussion. Apparently that offended him and once again, his professional shined and he hung up on me. We have not heard from him since and have not been reimbursed for the damaged caused.



I strongly recommend you avoid this company. While they may be slightly cheaper than McKown Pressure Washing, it is NOT worth the hassle to deal with this rude and unprofessional owner.



UPDATE: We have finally been reimbursed through Angie's Lists remediation process, but only at the expense of removed the accurate review. Of course the owner took the liberty of continuing to attempt to defend his company's actions and spewing more lies about this issue, but that is not surprising given my interactions with this rude and unprofessional business owner.

I used J & M Pressure Washing services the past week. When James arrived to start the work he provided me with a detailed brief on how he performs a pressure washing. I observed him when he commenced the job and saw how meticulous he was in doing the work. I quickly knew he was a professional and he aimed to please the clients and do a first class job. When my wife walked around the outside of the house the next day she remarked how clean and fresh the house looked. I will not hesitate to recommend the services of J & M Pressure Washing to neighbors and friends and plan on using his services again.

These guys know there job, showed up and performed there job very well, wet down all my plants very well and did an excellent job.
