Jack Rabbit Storage

Couldn't be happier with our choice to use jack rabbit storage. Easy to pull up and drop off stuff - before or after work and the rates are decent (we've checked the area with other companies). Very satisfied at this point.

Exceptional customer service! I own a marketing agency and use storage places all of the time, but this is by far one of the best. It's clean, great customer service and is one of the best, known names in self storage in Hampton Roads. So lucky to have found them!

We rented a 10"x10" space for a few months. As a storage facility they were great so I can't complain! Just some suggestions: - hours or access could be longer (I work a late shift). - scheduling free truck can be tricky due to other people moving items. Otherwise, we are very happy with our experience.

The managers are excellent. They are very helpful and Thoughtful. The service has been one of my best experiences to date.

I was actually feeling anxious and unwilling to spend a lot of money for storage from the start. In addition, to that I knew exactly what I wanted and I was somewhat rude in refusing to listen about the free truck rental. Despite my poor social skills and anxiety, the management remained cordial and friendly. By the end of our interaction I was relaxed and laughing. And yes, I am pleased with my storage area.

No problems at all. The staff was very experience and very helpful giving us storage tips. The manager showed us around the grounds and we looked at several different size units. Prices were comparable to other storage companies in the area and the place was very clean. You can tell when an owner and manager takes pride in their business. All in all...a great recommendation.

Best service and price that I found. I called several companies to find the best price and this place was cheaper and had a few different size units available. The whole process was easy and I moved my stuff by the afternoon. Recommend them to all.

Outstanding customer service. Alice and Mike gave us the tour of the lot, the spaces and answered all of our moving questions. They also offered us one of the moving trucks to use once we signed up for a space. Good customer service you just don't see too often anymore. Best place that we've found for storage. Good, friendly people and rates are close to our budget. If you don't know anything about storage, this is the place to go. They took the time to explain everything to us and they made us feel confident in storing out stuff.
