Jiffy Lube

Workers left black smear marks on my driver and passenger seats. I have a brand new Subaru Outback with light-colored leather interior. I was very upset. The assistant manager said he would "file a QCRI" with their district office and call me back. He never called me back. The next day I called and another manager answered, and callously told me that the regional office would be calling me "3 to 5 days after the QCRI report is processed." Not acceptable. They better refund me the full amount and pay for a professional cleaning at a place of my choice. I guess I will know the outcome sometime next week. Also, they charged my wife $72 for a simple oil change. That is a ripoff, considering I pay half that amount at the dealership where I bought our other car. Lesson learned: Never get your oil changed at Jiffy Lube.
