I have used several moving companies I. the past . This one is terrible. In 3 hrs they did not put a lot on their 24 ft truck. They damaged our new hardwood floors, broke my glass hutch shelf, put scuff mark on living room wall moving couch, and one of the movers was quite rude. Upon calling company while movers were here I did not get much satisfaction from the Rep at the office location. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

WE HIRED THESE GUYS TODAY TO MOVE ITEMS FROM 2 STORAGE LOCKERS TO A LARGER LOCKER IN THE SAME STORAGE FACILITY. RATE $95 PER HOUR FOR 2 MEN AND A TRUCK. MINIMUM 2 HR CHARGE. WE FIGURED THAT IT SHOULD END UP BEING $190 SINCE WE FIGURED IT WOULD ONLY BE 2 HOURS. THEY GOT THERE AND THEY WANTED PAID. I HAD TO RUN TO AN ATM FOR CASH BECAUSE THEY DON'T TAKE CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS. BY TIME THEY ADDED IN EVERYTHING IT WOUND UP BEING QUITE EXPENSIVE. MY HUSBAND CALLED AGAIN TO SEE WHICH WAS THE MOST - PAYINCG FOR 3 LOCKERS OR THE MOVERS. IT WAS CHEAPER TO KEEP THE 3 LOCKERS. WHEN THIS COMPANY CALLED I THOUGHT WE WERE SO FORTUNATE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP US. THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT POSTPONING IT ALSO. AFTER MY HUSBAND CALLED AGAIN, WE DECIDED TO JUST DROP IT. THAT COST US A $75 CANCELLATION CHARGE. BAD POLICY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR JUST PLAIN DECEPTIVE???????

Initially, I thought that this moving service was going to be great. Be aware of this company and if you are moving into a home, they may try to scam you. I called and the representative was very nice and set my intrastate move up in no time. However, on the day of my move I had to call the office to find out where my movers were. About 20 minutes after I called the office, my movers called to let me know that they were about 10 minutes out. In all, they arrived almost an hour late for the move.



The one mover almost made my furniture fall not once, but twice while trying to put it on the truck. It was so bad that I had to hold my furniture for him (a dresser) so that he didn't get injured due to his inability to stabilize it. Once we arrived to my destination, I was charged 5 hours, when at that time I had only used a little over two hours of their time. So, if anything I should've been charged for 3 hours of service total. When I asked to speak to the manager about the pricing, the mover claimed that the CEO hung up on him and refused to speak with me. I could not believe that a CEO would act in that manner. When I called the office myself, I was placed on hold by the lady, Jessicka, and the same mover slammed the ramp for the truck in my driveway and began cursing. Then, he went and got on the phone with his manager and was complaining about having to put $60 in the truck for gas and he needed to get paid.



The cursing continued and I let the mover know that I understand that he may have children to take care of or different life situations, but scamming people out of money based on where/how they live was not right and the way he was conducting himself was unprofessional. When I called the office again, the so-called manager got on the phone and would not listen to what I was saying. Paying was not the issue...the issue was I was paying more than I should have been charged for a service.



For those who hire this company for their move, be weary of any hidden costs...you are charged for padding, gas, one way travel, the time it takes for them to load/unload the truck and the time it takes them to get back to their destination of origin and clean the truck. If I included all of this, my job should have taken no more than 4 hours max...30 mins to load (we helped and my items were in a storage facility), 1.5 hour drive to destination and 30 mins to unload. Their office is only 15 mins from me so, let's give them another hour for that time to clean the truck. In the end, I would never use this service again nor recommend their services. I was scammed and I hope the mover who was unprofessional did something wonderful with the extra funds received.

It is always funny how you see reviews of how great a company is, but the company never leave the bad comments up on any web site. I tell you right now I will never use this company again. I call to ask how much to move one bedroom set from a private seller to my new place. I was ask what day I need the move, I said Tuesday, "That is are lowest rates", I say great how much? I am told $75 an hour two hour min. Ok great sign me up. Movers get there and the driver starts to go over the paper, now mind you I was only told $75 an hour min two hours. He started to tell me about the $75 gas fee, the $29 trip fee and which option do I want for insurance the $10 or $29 one. Remember now I was only told on the phone $75 an hour, not one other thing. Now I am at a persons home who is waiting to get this furniture out, I sign the paper because I have to get this done. Now it take them an hour and 5 minutes to move 6 pc bedroom set and a king mattress and box spring. Once they get to my new place is when he gives me the total of $369.74 and was told that the furniture would not come off the truck until it was paid. I get the money and they start to move my stuff in, they get to the headboard and the guys tells me that it is not going to fit upstairs, does not try anything just says that it will not go and that we are on the clock. You may want to ask up front about all cost involved in the move, like most companies tell you when you are for a quote. I did get quotes from others and was told about the gas and trip fee, and that is why I went with this company because I was told $75 an hour. I would think twice before calling this number.

I like using this moving company. I called to set my appointment and they were very clear with the prices and they did a great job moving my items into my new home. The rates are good deals! I did get 2 movers and a truck like I requested for when I booked and I'm just overall satisfied. I would recommend.
