I have been doing business with RG Auto for over 15 years. Their honesty, integrity and attention to detail during that time has never waivered.

They are an extremely busy shop though. So, sometimes their time estimates are a little off. But their work is done right the first time or they will make it right without charging you more. And they hold themselves to a very high customer service standard.

I have been taking all my vehicles here for years. They are very fair and will not do anything extra that costs money unless they talk to you first. They will go out of their way to ensure they get the job done right !!

My car broke down a few months ago and I thought it was the radiator. I had my car towed to this shop and they told me that in fact, I did need a new radiator. I was not knowlegable at all about cars so I took a friend of mine to look at my car. He looked and said they cut a vital piece that connects my radiator to the reservoir tank and because that little tiny piece was sabotaged and cut off, that I would have to get a new one. I was so furious so I took my car to Pep Boys and I found out the real problem all along was the thermostat. They thought because I was a woman that clearly knew nothing about cars, and they saw that I was military and unfamilliar about where to take my car they could rip me off. But fortunately they didn't get any money from me other than the towing fee. I strongly do no recommend anyone take their car to this shop, especially if your like me....navy, a female without much car knowledge, and new to the hampton roads area. My best advice would be to take it to a name brand shop with a well know reputation.
