Virginia City Coffee & Cookie

I wanted a cup of hot chocolate and my husband wanted a coffee.I went to this coffee shop because at 8:00am there was nothing else open needless to say it was a waste of money and time.My husband said his coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for the last 3 days and my chocolate was nothing more than hot water she used a powdered hot chocolate mix from the grocery store (I know this because she did it right in front of me)and didn't even mix it up no whip cream or anything.There was no flavor of chocolate at all I even had husband taste it. I paid $2.50 for the chocolate and $2.75 for the coffee and in standing there waiting I learned from a local that they only pay $1.00 for any size coffee and that they get everything on the menu dirt cheap.Needless to say we threw out both the coffee and chocolate because they were so bad.I wouldn't take anybody here I wouldn't even stop here if the coffee was free.

Great coffee drinks and food. Nice outside patio with views of the waterwheel across the street at the Way it was museum. 100 mile views from the outside table under the shady elm tree. Karen and Lonny give friendly service.
