Mike's Hand Car Wash & Lube

******MUST READ!!!********I have been going to Mikes Hand Wash in Voorhees NJ approx every weekend since I first discovered them this late winter. I had minor issue with workers too lazy to clean car properly, using dirty water to wash wheels, throwing wash mits onto ground then picking back up and continuing to wash wheels, in which, picks up dirt, stones, other rough particles, and thus, scratches wheels. I complained last month, and again today (August 1, 2015) of car still  being dirty when they were done, and minor scratches /chips on front driver side wheel. I complained do the owner Mike, who advised me to look at vehicle upon completion, and advise him of any problems. As I inspected vehicle today, I noticed a large 1 inch chip on the front driver reside wheel lip. Same wheel they did minor damage to last time. The owner (Mike) offered me to have wheel repaired and he would pay. I explained to him that I had custom machine metal wheels with a clear coating, that would burn and ruin if repaired, and that the wheel would have to be replaced. After I discussed replacement with owner, he pretended to get mad and throw a stapler onto the ground, I suppose in attempts to discourage me. He used profanity in front of my minor child in my car, the employees and other customers in from of their children. He refused to resolve issue and take any blame on behalf of his establishment. I am filing small claims in Camden County on Monday. We should have court date in approx 3 weeks. I have photos of damage, photos of my car on front of his shop, receipt for the work done, etc. Now he will have to reimburse me in court ($156.00 wheel), pay additional $42 filing fee, along with $13.90 refund for bad car wash. They have a very reasonable fee for their car wash, just too much damage to cars to justify going there anymore. I seem a lot of other unsatisfied customers online. The funny thing is that the repair he first offered to pay would be approx same price of this wheel. Not to professional or smart. Please spread word so that others are aware!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to this car wash if you are particular of your wheels and overall appearance of vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE!! Never had an issue in the 2 years+ I have been using Mike's Hand Wash until Saturday when I decided to treat my Lexus to a wash. Like many other times before I was flagged that the car was done and drove home. Half hour after arriving home I had to go back out and discovered the half dollar size dent and fresh metal scratch in middle of passenger side of hood. I called Mike late day Monday to discuss what I had found and the estimates I received earlier that day and wanted to show him the damage. Mike had no interest what so ever in discussing the issue or seeing the damage. NO WAY MAN, NOT MY PROBLEM Mike exclaimed, impossible for that to happen at his facility. Now Mike has no camera's in his wash bay and was totally unwilling to accept that maybe one of his washers dropped a high pressure spay guy on it, NO WAY MAN can't happen. My estimates are for $800 dollars and I offered to put it through my insurance and just let him pay the deductible, but after pretty much calling me crazy and denying the whole thing he told me he was not paying a dime and for me to prove it. So for all you people like me who just get in and assume your car is ok and drive home... STOP AND INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE before you pull out or IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM MAN.

Mikes car wash is the best...there is a hot air blower.You get your car wash and oil change and anything else to do with your car.Theres a comfortable waiting room with a large flatscreen TV.Mikes Car Wash and Lube have filters and synthetic oils!They have attentive workers and LOVE cars.This is a place you can bring your Ferrari,Lambo,Hummer,Nissan,Honda,Bimmer,etc....Theres also some badass vintage and classic machines parked outside on the grass ( wish I brought my camera ) . I never write reviews but I just had to share this pleasant experiece, because I love my car:) If you have a car that you love, dont hesitate to bring it to Mikes Car Wash and Lube..my car came out looking like new and it wasnt detailed! Im gonna have my car detailed before winter:)
