The people at distinctive collision are very polite and professional. I took my truck to be repaired there after my accident. Needed quite a few things fixed, and I must say my trucks great now. The body work was done so good, you would never know it was ever hit. John did a wonderful job and I definitely would recommend his shop to anyone needing anything fixed on their car. Their turn around time was perfect. The people at distinctive collision surely went out of their way. Very happy with their service and their professionalism. I will defiantly be taking my truck there from now on for all my repairs. Thank you John, and all the guys at Distinctive collision. Very happy customer.

I ran across Distinctive Collision while collecting estimates to have a minor dent and bumper repair done on my Mercedes. I'd collected 4 estimates when I stopped at this location. The representative gave me an estimate that Doubled all 4 of the other estimates I'd received from other reputable businesses. When I informed "John" of this fact, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "Well that's my price." I replied, "So you're not giving me Any breaks, sir." He replied, "No ma'am." Then handed me the estimate. I have no idea why he wasted my time or his paper. If he didn't want my business, all he had to do was say so. Ultimately, I decided to go with a collision shop-Tri-Way Collision in Roseville on Gratiot j/north of 12 mile. The guy, Rob was very nice. Apparently honest, and known for excellent work and fair pricing. I am so glad I did not let anyone at Distinctive Collision touch my veh. I was told by every person I showed the estimate to, that the guy at Distinctive Collision was just making up charges, apparently thinking I was an idiot. Every other estimate I received was within a few dollars of each other. Each estimate was pretty similar i.e., parts, labor, etc. Not Distinctive auto...nooo... this estimate was apparently to rebuild the rear end of my veh. No wonder he quoted labor to be 12 Hours! Every other estimate quoted labor to be anywhere from 3-5 hours! All in all I'm glad "John" represented what Distinctive Collision was all about in the beginning so I wouldn't be sorry in the end...
