They do not stand by their product. I tried the steel toe boots on for one day on clean floors and took them back and because there was dust on the bottom of the boots he would not take them back and refund my money. Don't buy anything from here. He needs to go out of business,!

Today, I went to a another major company (wings) and received horrible bias not any service. Was feeling pretty bummed that this bias is still in plain view, until I came to Industrial Footwear where I met the most pleasant customer service person ever. Eddie is excellent at his business, will recommend him to anybody. He goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchase. Thanks for being.....You. The others should take note with the economy being the way it is. YOU'VE GOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

couse i was haveing some probs with some boots i bought online ,, then

when i told him i was a union worker he took off 15% and threw in a pair of shoe lases

and two free pair of socks .not going to say he will give all u guys socks but like i said

he was understanding of my online boot buying prob,,, any way for all you union workers out there he has MADE IN THE U.S.A BOOTS flat soled for u ironworkers !!!!
