As the lease on my nissan truck was coming to an end, I began looking for a slightly used truck to buy. I contacted a couple dealers near me and was very surprised and disappointed in their dismissive attitude towards me. I found a truck on All Car Care' site and I emailed them. I recieved a response from Frank almost immediately. I explained my current vehicle lease and my plans for my next vehicle. He had a very positive approach and attitude. His communication and response to any of my questions was very quick and thorough. I travelled the 55 miles from my house to the dealer and was not disappointed. I was very impressed with their inspection and final delivery of the truck (especially so, since it's not one of their makes).

I had been searching for a car for about 3 months, going from dealership to dealership and all I wanted to do was quit. When I walked into All Car Care and met my salesman Frank that all changed. He was so personable and patient with me it really took all of the pressure off. I could just be myself, What was great is that they were so busy when I walked in so I knew that they must be doing something right when i couldn't park in front because it was full with customer cars. Cuz i'm sure i'm not alone when I say that I dread car shopping because you always feel like your being pushed into something that the salesman just picked out for you. But this experience was completely different. It took me about a week to get my dream car from there. The best part about it is that When I told him what I wanted my payments to be. And they were 20 dollars lower for the exact type of vehicle I wanted. I recommend them to anybody and everybody. I will likely never go anywhere else for a vehicle without stopping there first.

I bought 2010 Chevy Silverado 3500HD from All Car Care, the sales person Frank he explained everything about Diesel Duramax Engine LBZ motors and Allison Transmission. After driving it end up buying. I'm so glad I bought it, has power and rides like a dream. What I'm impressed was that no pressure and people were very pleasant. I had one issues with the brake light, they serviced and make me happy with no charge plus they did oil change for free. I really recommend this place.

My mother and I have gone here for years now. We've both purchased vehicles from this shop and have gone there for our routine check ups/repairs. They are always there to help us, all while giving us quality service. I've recommended their service to all of my friends and would highly suggest them to anyone.

I came to look at a Duramax Chevy. I was there before and dealt with someone there who I didn't find to knowledgeable. I came again this Saturday and dealt with Frank. This kid knows his stuff about diesels. being a diesel technician for over 17 years, I know my trucks and every time I posed a question to Frank, he snapped back with the answers I wanted to hear, and that i knew were correct. nothing about the truck was misadvertised, as I as it on the pictures, is how it was in person. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase the truck, as most dealerships make you do. Frank was prompt and able to answer my questions correctly, and provided good customer service. I didn't purchase the truck because all major decisions must be run through my boss ( wife ), but I am very confident and comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. Good people.

i would like to respond to a review Left bt JD C. You sir, are the reason why i want to get out of the customer service industry. You called and asked if you could come and check out the truck, and inspect, which you were more than welcomed, and highly encouraged to do, prior to deciding if you wanted to purchase it or not. You found a leaky fuel line, a bad fuse for parking sensors, and tire that had 5PSI of air less than what was required. You bitched and complained about every little scratch you found. You offered me 15-16k on a truck that NADA, books out at 25k. The advertised price was 19999.00, and because i refused your offer that was 4-5k less, you decided to go online and bad mouth. Sir, you are a very horrible and ill mannered person. You showed no respect, and treated us rudely. I told you on the phone, you are more than welcomed to come and check it out, but if you were trying to get the truck with thousands off the price, please do not come. Thanks for wasting my time.

Took an entire day trip out to CT to look at a truck listed on ebay "In near new condition" when i arrived and started the truck diesel fluid was leaking from a fuel line. Of course a laundry list of excuses start flowing from Frank. They pulled it into the shop and make a "Cob job fix" so i can at least test drive the vehicle. It pulls to the right HARD, the tire pressure sensor in the right front tire doesn't work, the back up sensors don't work and god knows what else. After i ask to see if we can make a deal on the truck anyway "They don't negotiate on prices" is what i was told. Well, if Frank didn't tell me "Come give it a test drive and maybe we can work something out" i wouldn't have drove from NY, wasted my entire day, been treated like a huge piece of crap and saved myself the hassle. In addition to that they "Shell Bid" on ebay to drive the price up on their vehicles to be sure they get what they want. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE DISHONEST SCAM ARTISTS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE YOU'RE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!

I went to ALL CARE CARE weeks ago today and my experience here was nothing short of awesome! I searched the inventory online first, once i found a car I really liked I put in an application for that specific car. About a day and a half later I received a call saying I was approved and could come in to see/ test drive. (the cars look nice online but they look even better in person. So much so that I squealed with excitement when they pulled the car around for the test drive) lol

The staff here is very efficient. ERICK (in sales) and FRANK (in the business office) were wonderful and very kind! They made my visit short and sweet. ERICK was very friendly and very thorough in helping me find an affordable auto insurance plan that catered to what I wanted. I would totally recommend this place if you're looking to get a nice car at a great price.

Overall

I had a winning bid on an eBay auction for a 2008 Subaru Outback that was in "excellent condition, road ready, checked over by All Car Care mechanics". Drove 8 hours round trip to pick it up, Frank, the manager, told me to my face that he doesn't sell cars that have something wrong with them, so I went on my merry way. Noticed some clunking on the way home, smelled some burning oil, clutch was vibrating... next day, check engine light turned on. Took it to my uncle's shop to go over the car. I have pictures of 2 coke cans wrapped around my exhaust pipe. The car needed $2000 in repairs just to pass inspection! CV joints busted, needed whole new exhaust, clutch was going, a laundry list of repairs. I feel bad for the other poor souls that were screwed over by these crooks. I was able to return the car, lost out on $500 in gas for the whole trip and two weekends of my life wasted. Long story short, I am going to do everything in my power to post my story all over the internet to try and warn the public to stay away!!! I can't believe that a professional establishment can get away with this. Where are their morals and ethics?

I was contacted by the father ...

I was contacted by the father in law (that's who he identified himself as) of the young lady whose parents purchased the vehicle. First and foremost the oil was changed, (since i am being accused of lying, my video cameras will prove this) so the statement that i never changed the oil is FALSE. Oil and oil filter were changed. Second of all, the tires were never swapped on that vehicle, whatever tires were on it when it was examined by the customers, and test driven on, were never taken off the car. (My cameras will also show this) so the statement of them being swapped, is also FALSE. The customers came and test drove the car, and examined it prior to putting a deposit on it. When they went on a test drive, there was no complaint of it pulling to the right, otherwise, on the lengthy test drive they took, they would have noticed that, so that statement is also FALSE. There were no mechanical defects at that time. The friend who was more "savvy" was the father in law of the daughter of the purchasers (he identified himself as her father in law), called and spoke with my service manager, and he told them about the claimed problems of the car. My service manager advised him that if there was something wrong with the engine or transmission, they are more than welcomed to bring it back to us and it would be covered under the warranty provided. He also asked the individual if he had examined the car himself, he stated that he had never even seen the car, so my manager asked him to visually inspect, and drive the car before he made claims of it being UNSAFE. I don't appreciate the fact that I am accused of being a liar, and now all of a sudden the car isn't safe according to them? Your mechanic, is also a salesman, to bring work into the shop so of course he is going to recommend repairs, so he can make a service sale and put money into his pocket. You purchased a car that was road worthy and safe, and was $2800 under blue book value that needed no repairs when you test drove it, and picked it up. Seeing as how I can prove that their claims of oil never being changed, and tires were swapped are blatantly FALSE, I believe this is a fraudulent claim against me. Accusing me of shady behavior and slipshod salesman, is something that you should refer to your mechanic as being, since he hit you with a $2000.00 repair bill. We did not take advantage of you in anyway. There was nothing wrong with the car when they picked it up. Word of advice to the customers and the individual who contacted us claiming to be "the father in law ", CAMERAS DO NOT LIE. You clearly lied on filing this claim with the Better Business Bureau about the oil change and tires, so I know for a fact you are lying about the other claims that are being made about the car, and the claims about myself. Secondly, (AS MY MANAGER STATED TO THE INDIVIDUAL WHO CONTACTED US ON THE PHONE),

Because having my car totaled ...

Because having my car totaled in my driveway two days before Thanksgiving wasn't bad enough and obtaining a used car loan was so simple and easy for me, I am so glad that the "new used" car I just bought from ALL CAR CARE in Waterbury is in "mint condition." Not only do all four tires need to be replaced, but I also need rear brakes, a micro v belt, a windshield washer resivoir and countless cosmetic repairs; things that were "fine" and unmentioned during the test drive last week. You would assume that one would notice the wheel pulling to the right on a test drive as quickly as I did driving the car home Wednesday. Everything about this place is fishy and those who sold me the car have proven to be liars as the "oil change they just did" had never been done either. It makes me sick knowing some people are okay with taking advantage of young girls. I hope that in the very least these people will change the ways in which they run their business. They were highly unhelpful and unprofessional when told about the necessary repairs that need to be done and after everything I have found, your garage is the LAST place I will be getting any repairs done. I also bought this car; six days ago- and it is still up for sale on this website. I would not reccomend this dealership to ANYONE. I would rate negative stars if I could.
