I waited over 3 hours to have an endoscopy done and when I finally had enough and asked to reschedule because I couldnt wait any longer they advised me I would incur a $250 no call/no show fee if I did so.

Great office, all of the staff is pleasant and attentive. Had a procedure at the facility on site and not only was it clean but the staff was very efficient.
