Bought a 2010 BMW 335D and had it shipped. Was told by the salesman / owner Bes Fera and Ray They had been driving the car for a couple of weeks and that it was perfect and would drive it anywhere. The car is a piece of s**t. the a/c doesn't cool, brakes are frozen up, passenger seat belt doesn't work, lights are not functioning properly among other things. The best part is they will not answer the phone or respond to text at this point. RUN FROM THIS DEALER AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN

I have purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram from them about 2 months ago ,so far it’s been very pleasant business with them
They have worked very hard to get Me approval which I have been either declining or getting so much add ins on top of what I’m purchasing,This guys were up front to me ,they explained all the charges clearly ,and there is no surprise at all
The vehicle condition was great and so far I do not have any problems with it
I came back for service because I really love their treatment to us .At that time I Had single problem with light which they fixed at no charge
I do not hesitate to recommend this place to any friends and everybody out there
I would like to thank you to Platinum Auto ,for such a great service and financial sources and for a great vehicle

How dare you Nick and Ray for you to say you tried to help me? I don't trust you guys after what you did. If you really want to help me and not treat me as a fool, send me an Auto repair shop address, I will bring the car there myself. Both front doors do not lock, all four tires not good, I just got the turbo fixed myself for $750, you gave me the car with adblue light on and I had to get it done myself, you took ove a month yo oay off the car that I traded in and the finance compagny reported me to the credit bureau and my credit lost 2 point because of that, and I had to pay the difference out of pocket for Credit Acceptance to remove the bad rating on my report. By the time that i signed the paper to the time you guys gave me the truck, you put over 2,000 miles on it, after I picked up the Truck that I dropped off to get fix, a State Police in Connecticut Issued ne a speeding ticket that I have to fight in Connecticut Court and God knows if the Juge is going to dismiss it. I have been fooled, taken advantage of, screwed, by you guys. Please don't you continue hurting me by saying you tried to help me. If you really want to help, send me to any garage and I will bring the truck there myself to get it fixed. Nick & Ray, please fo the right thing.

They lie and they sell lemons. They screw our own kind over. We are suppose to stick together. Biggest Crooks Ever!

Bought a car from them and it hasn't been 30 days and the oil pressure light came on and it's leaking oil. Total lemon. I've been going back and forth with them to fix these issues which they charge me for. They sell me a broken car then charge me to fix it. I requested that they exchange the car for another one but they refused. I will pursue legal action if things do not settle. And don't be fooled by their fake niceness. They're all crooks!

Do not buy from them! Purchased a jeep, the computer was removed and replaced with a non working model, causing problems that could not be diagnosed. Anytime we asked for help or info the dealer blew us off. Worst place I have ever dealt with!

I recently purchased a 2002 bmw 330ci from these guys and I love the car. I've had no problems at all. They helped me out all around; including financing and registering it. I come to them all the time to do my oil chages and check ups. They have been great to me. Thank you guys!!!

I bought an 05 Audi from ray, he was very nice he gave me an awesome deal the car runs mint til this day. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about everytime I have a proble he takes care of me. It is a used cat dealership if you're looking for a new car then that's where u need to go for no problems but I'm very happy with the service I receive. Thanks platinum auto you guys are the best!

DON'T EVER GO THERE! I would give 0 stars if I could. They will act nice, just to sell you a broken car (a lemon). Then will refuse to fix it even while it is under warranty. If they say they will fix it you better have them do it at that exact moment or else they'll tell you it is not their problem. The owner, REY, is a RUDE person who treats his customers worse than dogs once they've already purchased the car. Once you've paid, they don't care. I bought a car for $4,500 and found out that 4 parts were broken the same exact day I got the car. they CLEAR THE CODES from your engine so that it does not show up when you buy it. Now I have to pay 2,000 extra for the repairs.
