CVS Pharmacy

The CVS pharmacies in the Welling / Palm Beach areas are horrible. I have Humana insurance and they want me to use CVS for prescriptions. Otherwise, I have to pay then be reimbursed. This Pharmacy is so bad that I always pay out of pocket and go through the hassle of sending in my receipts and waiting for my money for over 60 days. They never have my very basic ADD and Pain medicine in stock. They are rude. They are insensitive no matter how much pain you are in and they losing my business means nothing to them. They balme all of thier issues on CVS as a corporation. They complain about how bad it is to work for them, thier out-of stock issues and rediculious rules. But... being rude, incensative and is super slow motion has nothing to do with anyone but the actual employees and pharmacists behind the counter.I have tried to use every CVS pharmacy from wellington to West Palm and there are about 7 of them in this area and they are all they same. Terrible. Don't waste your time or your money. Go to Walgreens or Publix. In this area these two pharmacies are awesome! Polly Stottlemire, Loxahatchee FL

This is, by far, the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The staff is rude and incompetent. I have received numerous text messages from them claiming my prescriptions have been filled and are ready to be picked up only to arrive to get 1 out of 3 prescriptions and that 1 isn't even completely filled. They won't tell you that, or any other pertinent information though. That will be left for you to figure out. I have even received my paper prescription handed back to me without a word of explanation as to why I'm getting my unfilled prescription paper back. Every single time I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this particular CVS pharmacy and its employees it has been a pure nightmare.
