They got new management and are AMAZING. Tom gave me exactly what I wanted and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with it the whole time.

Although te prices can be a little high they do great work
Very disappointed. Went for a gel manicure last week and I was the only customer there on a Monday afternoon. The male tech was taking a nap on the sofa and seemed perturbed that he had to work on me. I paid $40 and was not made to feel welcome at all. There was no hand massage that is normally given at the salon I usually go to. Would not recommend or go back!

Provided by SuperpagesI have been to Victorian Nails several times for full nail sets, fills, and pedicures. They do an "ok" job most of the time; however, there is an "older" woman who works there (maybe in her 40s, early 50s) who always does a very poor job. DO NOT let her provide services if possible. I recenly received a pedicure from her and she didn't even bother to smooth out a "funky" nail I have and it looks terrible. I should have spoken up and asked her to take care of it. I am seriously considering just going somewhere else where I don't have to ask them to do a good job. I would NOT recommend this establishment unless you absolutely have nowhere else to go.

Provided by Superpagesalright I guess. Told first time pedicure and I suppose I expected more. If they offer to do something else extra for $5 don't fall for it like I did. I called 2 other places and what I was over charged and received TWO less procedures. Then he checked my paint and said I was done! He told me okay to put on shoes, I suppose I would have been charged also for the sandals that other women walked out with. I kept my tip in my pocket. Brenda

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! BE WARE!!!!!
The company practice customer favoritism. I spoke to the manager and NOTHING was done because the technician that was schedule to provide my services is the owners wife. In fact, the manager is either the owners mother or mother-in-law because the owners daughter called the manager grandma.
HINT: All money is the same regardless of the customers you service; therefore, all should be treated equal.

During my last visit, I was passed over by another customer after signing in, being told to sit to be services and sitting for 20 minutes. Then to top it off I was told to go to another nail technican because the one that previous took me told me she was too busy.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is a great place, and I don't think it gets enough credit. You can get your nails done, watch tv, all while the kids are playing DS's or PSP's. Five stars, and definetly check it out.
