This has been a bad experience with X Drive Motors. I bought a 2009 Nisson Marono. One month after buying car, the gas line went. They told me I had to pay half because that is not written in warenty. I was at gas station pumping gas and then gas started falling out and spilling on my feet. A very scary experience.They also charged me $100 dollars for another problem I had to fix. I purchased the car with problems. Why should I pay. Now the rim and sensor is broke on front drivers side of viechle. When I bought the car the light was on. They said it was because a tire needed air. Turns out I need a rim and a sensor. They will not cover that expense because it is a tire.Within the first two months I am paying out of pocket $500 dollars because of deductables. I traded in my old car because it had problems and now I got a new problem. I spent $10,000 on viechle. This is ridiculous, I should have just bought a car brand new. If I could go back in time, I would have never bought the car from them. I give them 0 Stars. This is the worst car buying experience of my life.

I had a very bad experience at this dealer,I wouldn’t recommend no one here, very racist and the youngest salesman is a joke sorry to say he’s a little chubby kid with orange sneakers, a joke.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Once they have your deposit they stop returning phone calls, it took weeks after we gave them the deposit to get the car. We gave the deposit on a Friday, signed everything, were told it'll be ready for pick up on Monday, Tuesday at the latest..... weeks later we still had no car. They ignored our phone calls, did not return messages, or texts. When we finally got a hold of anyone they lied everytime. Three different days, three different people claimed, the VIN check is being done right now or the VIN check is was just done.... three different days. VIN CHECKS are only done once.
We were just about due for the first car payment when we finally got the car. One problem they had getring it registered was that the title wasn't signed which they didn't know until the runner got to the registry.
Now they're calling though, because the lying, phone call dodging, text ignoring, morons forgot to make a copy of the registration which they need to collect their check from the bank, so now they're calling and harrassing us for a copy of the registration they forgot to take when they registered the car. Threatening to have the car repossessed, the car we put the down payment on and have made the payments on already, the car that we put $400 dollars worth of work into and it still needs more work, I'm ready to say take it back, give us back our down payment, plus the car payments we've made, plus the $400 we've put into the car. We would prefer to spend our money elsewhere. They don't even deserve one star if I could give negative stars I would.
