We contracted with Elias Construction to finish our basement. Elias's meticulous and detail oriented approach was evident from the initial proposal and all the way through the construction. He kept us informed of progress and asked to double check their work at every stage. He was always available to answer any questions and address concerns. Initial design was tweaked long the way and Elias accommodated changes wherever it made financial sense for us. His crew was polite, professional and trustworthy. Basement came out looking great.

Elias Zouras Custom Builder finished our basement. WOW ! What a nice guy to work with. Thru every step of the process, Elias had great ideas for the Wet Bar, Theater Room, Wine Closet, Full Bath, Living Room, and Exercise Room. It was a big project, took about two months, but we enjoyed every bit of it. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elias .
