I came here for a pre-purchase inspection of a car I was considering purchasing. Simple request, right? Apparently not for these guys.

After the "inspection", and the guy running the front desk tells me "it's a good car." Okay, great! I then paid the buyer the asking price and we went on our way. I thought the car was good to go and that I'd found a gem, because... "it's a good car."

Well imagine my surprise when, during a second inspection with my home mechanic a mere week later, I'm told that three of my tires are from 2012, 2013, and 2014. That's SEVEN, EIGHT, AND NINE YEARS OLD! Tires are not meant to reach 10 years old, regardless of condition, and my tires were even cracking and peeling on the inside walls! They were completely unsafe, not even close to being road-worthy.

How did the mechanics at Purrfect miss that? My guess: THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR!

That, or their mechanics are criminally unqualified to even use a wrench. They missed -basic- things that were wrong with the car. SOOO easily caught, if only they'd looked.

Besides the tires, I've also had to replace the brake pads and rotors due to pretty intense brake judder (which they'd have found if they'd test driven the car like they said they would), and have had to flush the brake fluid (another simple catch, given the fluid is black as pitch). All in all? I've had to pay $1100 for service that these guys should've warned me were necessary.

Don't go here unless you want to sit in a dirty, dilapidated waiting room and get ripped off.

these guys are a friendly group who took in my car a few weeks ago. I had called and asked about oil change wait times and they told me to come in. I got there and after just 10 minutes they brought to my attention my check engine light which was on. They kindly informed me that they perform repairs with regards to the check engine light being on and I went with it..for a reasonable price they repaired it and said the light should not come back on and that the problem had been taken car of. Just last week I was overdue for a smog check that I had forgotten I needed done and my car passed fine. And the light's been off since so thanks guys - see you for my next oil change!
