        HORRIBLE substitute delivery people. They leave packages clearly marked to go out. The post office does NOT answer their phone. The postmaster general will be getting a serious complaint to look into. I will not tolerate such unprofessionalism or laziness.

        Since I rented a PO Box at this site, I,ve recieved other customers mail and frequently failed to recieve mine. The supervisor never responded to my request for an explnation and the staff had an "I don'T care" attitude. This past week I recieved mail of 3 different customers. Just as this happened, I requested that they seek my mail in other boxes and they refused. As a result, I've been unable to get my medications for the past 3 days. They should be more concerned about their work responsabilities, listen to the customers and maybe have a customer relations person available. They should search for ways by which their errors will not be repeated and have better customer satisfaction.
