        JN equipment runs arpumpsonline website and any time you call about anything related to ar pumps nobody has a clue. I placed an order through the website and I was given no tracking information, no emails about my order, nothing. Had to waste a ton of time with AR North on the phone to figure out the status of my order. All JN does is relay the order to AR and pocket profits. 0 Customer service. Avoid.
