Future Collision

My experience with this shop has been nothing but stress free! The staff was absolutely amazing with their customer service and helpful attitudes! I was really blown away when I saw my car and it was cleaned outside and inside better than when I take it to the car wash! I would recommend this place to anyone and definitely will go back if I need any more car services! Thank you guys for everything my car looks amazing like nothing ever happened hopefully I never get into a car accident but if I do I will deff bring my car back to you guys. Will definitely recommend.

Had major car damage from a store's "motorized carts pusher" repaired. Had another estimate elsewhere and they were within $10. Actually under. So, comfortable they don't overcharge. Happy that they do the job right for the long term. Car looks like new. They also polished out some scratches other side of car-no extra charge. Their shop is super clean and neat (had a tour) which is a good sign to me. Parking is easy. Very nice waiting area. Everyone very pleasant to work with. Customer service and communication excellent! Would definitely use again. I highly recommend Future Collision.

Wow! We had an accident while on vacation in Miami which was awful enough as we were out of our element and stuck. We were very lucky. The team at Future Collision made us so comfortable and even helped with a referral for a rental car so we could get back home. When we came back for our car it looked amazing!! They even cleaned the inside completely for us. The car looks and runs great. Thanks Future Collision team����

Future Collision has amazing customer service and I would recommend this shop over any other. I have been communicating and working with Maria and Johnathan (Extraordinary people) who have made my life so easy by helping me get into a rental, filing my claim, and helping me deal with my insurance company. Johnathan has went out of his way to make sure my car has new and proper equipment although my insurance company wanted to put used parts on my car. Future Collision had been by my side the entire time and made this experience much more pleasant. Maria and Johnathan really fight for there customers and will go above and beyond to make sure there customers are satisfied. Side Note... State Farm claims suck and if it wasnt for Future Collision I would have used parts on my car and probably be broken down a few months from now. My car looks and runs like brand new!! Thanks Maria and Johnathan!!!!
