Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It amazes me how nice the employees are when you come in to rent. But if you call back with a issue you need adressed you no longer get the nice employees, now your put on hold given a attitude and made feel like your being a pain to these always so busy people . Too busy to keep a customer happy. And forget about getting any help from the manager of this location, a very rude unprofessional witch by the name of Alexa quentel. The worst I have seen yet. 10 years of being loyal to this company' just to be slapped in the face in return. Smh

I have been renting from the West Roxbury office two or three times per month for over a year. Never once have I had a problem. The team of young men and women have always been polite, respectful and accomodating. They are a great bunch and deserving of the highest accolades!
