Tanya is by far the worst representation of a practicing professional. I retained her to resolve visitation issues that I was having with my child’s mother. She filed documents that were unnecessary and through continuances dragged my case out for more than two year, while keeping me in dark as to the progress of my litigation 99.9999% of the time. When I requested information about my case she acted as though she was doing me a favor by telling little pieces of information that that I later discovered hampered my case. Bottom line, if you want a professional, engaged attorney that will put you as the client first by giving you quality representation: DO NOT retain Attorney Tanya Moriarty. The over all quality star scale above does not go low enough to reflect the poor service I received from this law firm.
