My driver's side seat-belt of my Saturn Vue 2008 suddenly stopped unraveling and I took it to an auto shop who quoted me about $700 just to fix it. Sent in our seat belts on 3/22 and got an email from safety restore on 3/25 confirming that they received the package and are working on the repair. We couldn't believe how fast the turnaround time was. My dog had chewed about halfway through the webbing on the seatbelt in my brand new car, so we looked into having the webbing replaced instead of replacing the whole seatbelt. We bought a used truck in December that had been in a minor accident and it had a "Service Engine Soon" light on. My husband and I drove down here from CT to habe one pair of seat belts repaired. Upon arrival, we were greeted by John at the lobby who helped us with the transaction as well as helped us with a few other SRS-related problems we had. (Very thank for that btw) Following, John pointed out a great cafe nearby where we could grab breakfast while they carried out the repairs... Sure enough the place was DELICIOUS! When we came back, the pair of seat belts awaited us all nifty and wrapped :) Both my husband and I were STUNNED by the quality and how fast everything was done! I placed my order online at safetyrestore.com on the 2nd of October, got my receipt in the e-mail and sent out both of my front seat belt sand an airbag unit that same day. On Friday, (2 days later) I received an e-mail stating that they received my parts, and the "repair is in progress". I was expecting it to be shipped within 24 hours (according to their website), but no it shipped that same day! Literally 2 hours after that e-mail, I received a tracking number with UPS. Sure enough Monday came, and I got the package. It was well wrapped, and sealed. I took the seat belts and the module to my mechanic, installed it and my airbag light went off! The seat belts were unlocked, and retracted smoothly. My Honda is now back on the road... All for $185, which includes the return shipping. One new seat belt alone would be $375 at a dealer. Absolutely the best service.
