These people are very rude and low class!!!
I came in last week for an estimate. One of the guys there (not Duy, he's the more decent guy in the front office) talked to me like he wanted to chase me off from their properties. He apologized after the fact, once I've pointed to him that his attitude was very rude and impolite.
This may be a convenient location for Vietnamese people living in the Bolsa area who cannot speak English. But from a cost standpoint, you're not saving that much. There are now a number of Asian-owned cheaper places. Please don't be mistaken that because they are in the Bolsa area that their prices are cheaper than elsewhere.
Their action has prompted me to go to another body shop, Harbor Automotive Center located on Harbor Blvd. The owner there is also Vietnamese but his attitude was very business like and polite. Day and Night! You owe it to yourself to get a second estimate elsewhere.
If you don't want to soil yourselves with having to deal with these low-life, I recommend you stay far away from this place! They are the worst examples of our ethnic community!
