        I go to UPS Wethersfield every week for returns and miscellaneous tasks. The people have always been very respectful and if there's a line, they work through it quickly. I will continue to do business with UPS if I get the same treatment as I have gotten over the last couple of years.

        The owner of this store Was reported To The Main UPS office as well as the Franchise Head Office In California.



        Cutomer service was atrocious,very un helpful and abusive.He also owns The Cromwell UPS Store.



        Many of my neighbors have also had issues with this individual.I would suggest you call UPS Franchise headquarters as they already have a report on file about him.
