Jen Electric Appliance Svce

well at least you got someone to come out i had a service call scheduled for today between 8 am and 12 pm and nobody came or called to say they weren't coming. and i called ge customer service to schedule another appointment another day with a REPUTABLE AND DEPENDABLE repair company. i told them don't dare send these bums to my house. and to add insult to injury, i took a day off without pay for absolutely nothing and got up at 5 am in case they came at 8 so i could allow myself time for my personal hygiene. ge said they would report this issue to upper management. damn bums!
