Community Honda

I bought a new CRV in December 2017 from Sergio. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He answered all my questions and help me buy the car that I really wanted but thought I couldn't afford. The manager Leonard was awesome, he did 3 different worksheets for 3 different models that I was interested in. They were both very patient with me!! Isis answered all of my questions about Gap and Docs. I would definitely come back to Ocean Honda. My mother also bought her CRV here and highly recommends this dealership and the staff.


BTW, this is a new dealership. Ocean Honda bought out Community Honda.

I had to replace a side mirror on my Honda which they did. The mirror developed a problem. The glass would not stay in place when it was on the freeway and had to be taped in place. I went to the dealership around 1:00 PM. I was told that they would be very busy in the afternoon and I should come back at 9:00 A.M. the next day so they could work on it. I felt that I was being told that I was not important enough for them to work on it when I brought it in. Since I am a senior citizen it seems to me that they might do that with other senior citizens. I will not go back there and i will certainly not buy a new Honda from them.

Avoid this business. Paid for maintenance on my care and some of the services were not done. Brought this to Service Manager Anthony who insisted it was not true even though I had the paperwork showing mechanics lied and the work that was not done. Call dealership owner Don Wood who never returned my call. Guess they don't care about customers. Happily took my money but refused to provide customer service when there's a valid complaint. Go somewhere else.

Great customer service and understood my needs even though the sale wasn't made. No pressure to buy now like other dealers, I strongly recommend Ronnie internet manager good guy. I found my future dealer if I decide to buy a Honda.
