White Horse RV Center

In March of 2016 I purchased a 2013 Wildwood 261bhxl from White Horse. They stated that prior to me picking up the RV it would go through an 8 hour inspection and any issues would either be corrected and or I would be notified prior to the purchase.



I had to then wait until mid-April to get the RV inspected in PA because they messed up my tags for the RV. When I took the RV to the shop for inspection I was told that the four wheel bearing seals were shot and was beginning to throw grease on the breaks and would not pass inspection until fixed. I was shocked since this is the first time the RV was out since bringing it home and White Horse “inspected” it prior to pick up. Then in mid-May while camping for the first time in the RV I discovered the AC doesn't work. When I called Whitehorse and described the issues I was told that the RV was sold as is and everything worked and was safe when they inspected it in March and that I must have done something to the camper.

A pipe broke under our kitchen sink during the middle of the night which flooded the entire floor. (we were not in it at the time) Water was pouring out of the bottom of the camper like a shower. We called the insurance company and someone was out immediately. We were told to take it any where of our choice. We unfortunately went to White Horse. When the first estimate was wrote up we questions the many items that were missing. Then a second estimate was written. When we went to pick up the trailer after months my husband looked underneath and seen the bottom plastic still torn and the soaked insulation was never replaced (still dripping with water). After being lied to several times by Pete the Service Mgr. we called the insur. co. and was approved to take it to a different service provider. We just picked up the trailer and we were instructed that wood was not replaced and there was mold. I will be documenting a letter to the owner, the insur. co. and our attorney. Mold is extremely dangerous and we were counting on White Horse to provide the "HIGH CALIBER OF SERVICE" they promise on their website.
