I took my car in and asked them to examine a slow leak in my one tire. They told me they could find nothing wrong with the tire. A week goes by as slow leak continues so I examine the tire. First I find that they forgot to put one lugnut back on, next I find that I have a large nail stuck in my tire which was the source of the slow leak. I do not think they examined the tire and I do not appreciate being lied to. Also, they do not use a torque wrench for tightening the lugnuts which causes an uneven distribution of force. I will not be returning and I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere as well.
