Everytime I call or other family members they come out right away or at least the next day. Always nice and professional. Never had any problems.

Staplefords was supposed to have performed work on a house we recently purchased. The day after we made settlement, the AC unit (which should have been repaired by them as per the home inspection) was not working. When I tried to call them on July 3rd, they had a recording that they were closed for the fourth of July holiday, and no emergency number. I left a VM explaining the situation and they did not even have the decency to return the phone call (as of July 10th). I would not recommend them to ANYONE
