Horrible company with terrible people. I am 7 months pregnant and had my car towed from my friends apartment while going inside to get the decal I needed to not be towed. This was a ridiculous situation with rude people who were unwilling to compromise. This is the worst place and group of people I have ever encountered.

This company is by far the best towing company I have dealt with. The are kind and compassionate, I was towed on a Friday went through a very traumatic weekend couldn't call about my car till Monday was telling will about not wanting him to do anything just was explaining why it took me so long to get up with them and he didn't even hesitate he apologized for what I was going through and told me to come get my car. I was shocked say what you will about tow truck people they are doing their jobs but these are the ones that truly do care and are honest and good people!!!

My boyfriend had his car towed at 2-3am in the morning and at the time it was really upsetting but the owner was able to find a solution that would fit both him and the towing company financially. I think the owner handled the situation very well.

LITERALLY THE BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP THE WORLD CREATED. Towed a car at 2 am and then when we called at 230 this low life claimed they were closed when he was just trying to make us pay more. Called my friend who called a b*tch and told her to shut the f*ck up. So rude, so disrespectful, such a waste of a human being. Website says 24 hours and he always answers his phone yet he can't let you come pick up your car. Do us all a favor and close down your business and do something that requires no human interaction.

Took 9 calls and an hour and a half to get my girlfriends car back. We got back to the area it was towed from not even 5 minutes after they left. Lot was incredibly difficult to find at night, poorly lit, sign on road is black and underneath another business sign. They didn't even tell me until after I sat waiting at the non-staffed lot for about 20 minutes that it was going to have to be cash.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Lowlife company with low life people working who prey on college students who park unknowingly in an apartment parking visiting friends. My son and I went to pick up his car and discovered one of the tail lights was broken. Of course, the Mensa candidate who was at the desk said it didn't happen on their lot or while it was being towed. My son asked to see the video surveillance of the lot, the low life said he wouldn't let him see it. He knew the company would be liable for the damage because it happened on their lot while the car was there.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. The owner is a jerk, I hate I had to give him my hard earned money for a recovery. Recommend using other towing services in the area.

Avoid this company. They are very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT CARE ABOUT YHE CUSTOMER AT ALL.
