It's obvious we were all in there together. Maybe it Rose wasn't a complete old *B* she wouldn't have been called out! And by the way how would you know? Where you there? And if YOU were raised right you would have been more professional Rose!

HOW IRONIC!

How ironic that all of a sudden after one person makes a complaint that more start to pop up! (on the same site at that) If you were so annoyed why didn't you ball up and state your complaint then. Sounds fishy to me! Also, if you were raised right and taught to know better when you are in a place of business you need to respect others and keep your voice down where it's not a problem in the first place. You are not the only one paying money for service, people don't want to sit and listen to obnoxious loud people or have to put up with children running around misbehaving! Hire a babysitter!

Very Unfriendly

I am so happy to hear that I was not the only one that was appalled by Rose's behavior in this salon. I have only been once, but I can promise you it will be the last time after hearing the venom spewing from this hateful woman's mouth. I guess she thinks that others are deaf and not aware of when they are being talked about!! That was simply not the case the morning that I was in there. It seems that she was UPSET that one of her collegues had more than one client at the same time and it somehow became OUR problem that there was nowhere for us all to sit. She also seemed to be under the senile assumption that WE had to be quiet the entire time we were in there. I REALLY don't appreciate being treated so disrespectfully while I am dropping almost $100 for a cut and color. Someone needs to set this windbag straight and teach her the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! BYE Bello Salon....

Unprofessional to say the least

I have been to this salon on 3 different occasions and each time I have heard Rose make a snide remark about a customer. Obviously, Rose does not realize that others can hear her speaking or she just doesn't care. After the last visit I decided it was probably best to find another salon. I can only imagine what she said about me after I left considering I'd brought my two younger children in while I got my hair cut.

Beware of ROSE!!!!

I went in a few days ago to Bello Salon and a stylist by the name of "Rose" decided that she wanted to bad mouth a fellow co-worker and their clientele. Rose not only continued to bad mouth the co-workers and their clients, Rose felt that she had to openly acknowledge that other people where simply talking too loud for her personal standards. Instead of taking a professional stance by politely asking the other co-worker and clientele to quiet down, Rose insisted to talk about the other individuals as if no one else could hear. Rose also mentioned “you are going to have to put your hand over my mouth,” as if Rose was going to say something inappropriate. Rose is a hairstylist at Bello Salon who rents a booth there who is far from being a professional by any standard. Being the customer that was mentioned and talked about by Rose, I decided to attempt to contact the owner of Bello Salon to discuss Rose’s behavior towards myself, her co-worker and the other clients that where treated with such disrespectful and rude behavior. Unfortunately the owner felt that it was not necessary to contact myself back and decided to ignore the situation hoping that it would just ‘blow-over’. As far as I am concerned I will not be returning to Bello Salon as long as Rose still is renting a booth at Bello and until which time a formal apology has been received from the owner for the disrespect incurred upon myself and others involved.
