I brought my 2005 1 ton dually here a few years ago for moderate insurance bodywork. I was concerned, I can be particular. From the first time I went, Robert treated me like we were old friends. His knowledge of auto work, and insurance procedures gave me confidence that my truck would be good as new. The work was done proper and on time, even though there was additional hidden damage. I have a 2008 HD motorcycle that has a dealer installed trike kit. The color is white gold and depending on the light reflection, the gold tint is definitely visible. Unfortunately, the rear fenders were scratches and received chipped spots on two occasions. Both times, Carolina Coast Collision performed the repairs and painting. Every aspect of my experience with Bill, Donnie, and Eddie has been commendable. They are very customer focused, dependable, performs their work in a timely manner, and Eddie has done a fantastic job of repairing my problems such that the paint blend and gold tint is like new.
