Hughes Brothers

My husband brought his car into Market St location today for a punctured tire repair and we were told it would be half an hour or less. After giving them the keys he waited in the dumpy waiting room watching TV. Half an hour rolled by and he peeked his head in to see where they were on fixing his tire. There was no-one by his car and the workers were all standing around chatting. He walked over to his car to check it out. Finally one of the repair men came over and told him it was done a while ago and he has to go to the register. My husband asked the man taking his payment why they hadn't told him that it was done as they had walked by him several times in the waiting room. The man had no explanation and just replied that yes it was done. Very poor customer service there. Perhaps we will try the other location next time, or someplace else.

Bought a new set of tires here and got the best price in town. Same day service and no attempt to upscale me on another product or to convince me I needed extra work done. Seemed like an honest old fashioned garage.
