Murray Transfer And Storage

My husband and I hired Murray Transfer for a recent move. Our move was a disorganized disaster at best. We contracted Murray to load our belongings on a Tuesday and were guaranteed delivery that Saturday. We did not receive all of our belongings until the following Thursday.Once things became challenging with Murray Transfer, we were left to our own devices. Murray did not contact us until Friday to inform us that our delivery would not arrive the next day, Saturday, as planned. From that point on, we never heard from a representative at Murray Transfer again. We were forced to contact the driver of the moving truck and coordinate his arrival that Thursday. We were also the ones to contact corporate, Mayflower, for any further iquiries since Murray Transfer never contacted us again.Moving is an emotional experience. My husband and I hired Murray Transfer hoping our move would be a smooth one.Our experience was just the opposite, and we felt abandoned by Murray Transfer.
