O'Reilly Auto Parts

I shopped in this store during the Summer looking for a battery and the assistance occurred promptly and courteously. I again shopped in the store about 9:30AM on December 9th with a very different result. I approached the counter standing 3 feet to the right of where the employee assisted another customer. As she finished with her customer another customer approached the counter from the back of the store placing merchandise and $20 on the counter, she assisted this customer and told the another that she would be right with them. She never acknowledged my presence. As the first service experience was excellent and there was no service on the second I would try the store again before deciding to be an O'Reilly customer.

If you care anything about customer service this is the auto parts store for you!!! As soon as you come in the door you are greeted either with a; "Hello; How can I assist you today"; or with, "I will be right with you, ". I understand and anyone should respect if the sales associate is with another customer that was there before you where that they should be taken care of first, but all it takes is a greeting with a smile; which O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Carolina Beach. rd. will not let you down with. Now, I can't say this is true with other auto parts stores on the same street. Therefore, go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts on 2398 Carolina Beach Rd. and ask for "Mike" Sales Manager. His other sales associates where busy (But, still greeted me w/ a smile and I'am not talking about a crazy scream "Welcome to CC's" type of greeting)and he stopped right away with what he was doing to assist me with a bottle of "Lucas" oil stabilizer and he checked my engine light for free!!Great Customer service
