        My focus lies on the re-organization of the body to achieve proper alignment and a pain free ease of movement. I draw from various modalities to achieve long lasting results such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Work and more. The goals and modalities used are unique to each individual seeking massage. Massage significantly supports athletic performance and prolongs the active performing life of an athlete. Through bodywork and movement I work with athletes, dancers, weekend warriors and everyone else on injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
